Scotland: Realization of an MPB on the domain of Allanoquoich
Matière® was recently commissioned to build an MPB bridge on the domain of Allanoquoich, estate in Scotland. This new structure will replace the old wooden bridge, ravaged by heavy rain.
The MPB bridge was installed by launching on the private domain of Mar Lodge at the level of the Linn de Quoich gorge, near Braemar. Linn de Quoich Gorge is a gorge located in one of the small valleys that leads to the larger Dee Valley in the Aberdeenshire region.
The MPB bridge is made up of 11 modules 33.55 m long and a metal deck of 3.15 m. It is a work of art for pedestrians and horses. It is also suitable for supporting vehicles up to 12 tons.
Matiere® had already had the opportunity to deliver works of art in Scotland. Including in 2017 with the supply of a stock of panel bridges.
